These terms apply to all purchases from Pure-Moja. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before buying.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case anything already paid is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free to the UK mainland; the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are charged the rate shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom via DPD. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your dispatch email, and tracking details are emailed when your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order for unopened products within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our Returns Policy explains how. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Products

We take care to describe our juice accurately. Cans are a natural product; minor variations in colour and sediment are normal, which is why we say shake to appreciate.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
