Returns Policy

We want every case of Mo-JA to arrive perfectly. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
14-day returns
You can return any unopened case within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Cases must be unopened and in a resaleable condition. To start a return, email [support email] with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we will cover any return costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked, normally within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery surcharges (for example Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands rates) are refunded when the whole order is returned due to our error.
What we cannot accept
For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened cases or individual opened cans, unless the product is faulty.
